About Us

Christopher graduated from California State University Chico, and immediately went on to work in marketing and sales for companies like Google, Yahoo, and eBay. In 2004 he obtained his Real Estate license in Arizona to put investment properties to work for him. He mainly flipped or held onto his properties for rental income. A few years later he obtained his license in California and has since flipped homes in Arizona, California and Nevada. In 2015 Chris decided to use the knowledge he obtained to help investors find income generating properties and other buyers find the right properties. For investors, preserving and expanding their portfolio and investment income each year is one of his top priorities.
